This is a tutorial on making changing and creating BEAUTIFUL eyecolor! It is in Adobe .PDF format.
It is specially designed for Newbies - Intermediate users of Photoshop 6-CS versions. The techinique illustrated is special and i feel that even the most Advanced users of Photoshop will learn something from it. I took 3 days to make it, excuse the file size, i've included step by step Screenshots in good quality as i've went along.

~vanity-insecurity ! Amazing tutorial. Really learned me a lot.
I tried to apply your tutorial as much as possible on the practice image. Here is my outcome:

I did some extra things, such as giving the veins in the eye their colors back.
My actual goal was to create a bit of a Vampiric eye, I think I could do better but for a first try?
